Storcenter Nord

2016, Storcenter Nord, Aarhus

For her project in the grandiose foyer of the shopping mall Storcenter Nord, Veronica Hodges drew inspiration from the sea and filled the space above the shoppers’ heads with jellyfish, deep sea creatures and plankton figures. The idea was to invite visitors to a moment of aesthetic contemplation through exploring the seascape above in the vast, light-filled foyer.
